Patient’s are scheduled in the first appointment slot available with their preferred doctor. They are informed that we have a waiting list that we pull from to get them in sooner if we have a cancellation. We also instruct the patient/guardian that, if they complete CliniCom, this will make the accelerate the process.
We accept most insurances if your preferred provider is in network. We do accept : Alabama Medicaid, Tricare, Blue Cross, Cigna, United Health Care, Medicare, Champ VA and Humana. You may have to call your insurance company to make sure that we are a participating provider.
It depends on the doctor. Our range of patient’s is from 4-75 years old.
No, our office does not accept walk in new patients.

When the patient has significant difficulty functioning and/or he/she is a danger to self or others.

Initial evaluations last approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Follow up visits can last from 15 to 20 minutes.

Testing can last 1-3 hours and therapy should last 45 minutes per session.
